Storeblog is super easy to use. Everything is pretty simple. In this step by step tutorial, you will learn how to research, write and optimize a blog post with Storeblog in your Shopify store. Let's start.
Topic & competitor research: The blog post writing workflow starts with a detail research of the topic and competitors. You will need your target keyword to start. Click the Add new blog post button on our app homepage and a popup window will appear.
Add your target keyword for the blog post and select your target search region and your blog post language and submit. It usually takes a minute to complete the research.
Once the research is done, the edit button will be activated. Click the button and you will land on the Storeblog content editor. Here you will write and optimize your blog post with the help of AI.
Blog post writing: The next step of the workflow is to write the blog post. Don’t worry, our AI writing assistant will do it for you. Click the Write for me button and a popup window will appear.
The first step is to generate blog post title and outline. Click the button on the popup to proceed to the next phase.
This is automatically generate multiple blog post titles and a detail outline for you. Review the titles and outlines, these are all customizable. You can edit or add new headlines along with writing styles, tones etc.
Once you are satisfied, click the generate blog post button. Our AI will generate a blog post and add it to your content editor.
Optimize before publishing: The final step before publishing is to optimize the blog post before publishing.
The optimization modules are divided into 2 groups: content metrics and NLP optimizer.
Content metrics: The first widget on the right side is the content metrics area displaying your vital content attributes: word count, readability level and keyword density along with a score. This panel is interactive and updates in real time to help you reach your optimization goal. The score is an overall indicator of your optimization level and your north star during the optimization process.
NLP optimizer: The next widget is the optimization panel. It is divided into 3 different tabs. The first and second tab shows the AI analyzed entities and topics to cover within the article. It is interactive when changes color based on suggested usage. The onpage optimization tab shows the onpage content optimization suggestions and helps with formatting the article in a Google friendly way.
Your goal with the blog post optimization is to make the score as high as possible. Once you are happy with the score, your blog post is ready to publish.
