Storeblog editor is super easy to use. Everything is pretty simple. In this tutorial, you will learn about the elements of Storeblog editor. Let's start.

Storeblog blog post editor is divided into 2 section: blog post editor, blog post optimizer.

Blog post editor: Blog post editor is a WYSIWYG editor purposefully designed for Shopify stores with specific features like product embedding. Our editor supports all necessary blog post elements including headings, lists, quoted texts, code block, video, image and product embedding. This will help you publish beautifully designed blog post without needing to design anything. Everything is pre-made and ready to use. To add elements, simply click the + button or type / and the element menu will appear.


To edit an element, select the element and the secondary menu will appear. This is useful to reformat any element.


Blog post optimizer: On the right side of the blog post editor, you will find multiple widgets along with publishing settings related to the blog post.



Publishing settings: The first widget is publishing settings. By default, every blog post is saved as Draft. If you want to publish, select publish button and click the Save blog post button.

Content metrics: The next widget is the content metrics area displaying your vital content attributes: word count, readability level and keyword density along with a score. This panel is interactive and updates in real time to help you reach your optimization goal. The score is an overall indicator of your optimization level and your north star during the optimization process.




NLP optimizer: The next one is the NLP optimization panel. It is divided into 3 different tabs. The first and second tab shows the AI analyzed entities and topics to cover within the article. It is interactive when changes color based on suggested usage. The onpage optimization tab shows the onpage content optimization suggestions and helps with formatting the article in a Google friendly way.



Featured image: This is the setting for selecting a featured image for the blog post. You can either upload an image from your computer or use one from the integrated stock photo library.

Blog information: This is an important section, pay attention to it. In this section, you will select the blog category you want to publish to and author profile.

Layout selection:
The last widget is to select your blog post layout. Shopify themes and blogging apps come with their own layouts. Storeblog is compatible with the everything.



Once you are happy with the optimization, your blog post is ready to publish.
